Auto Moto d'Epoca app for iPhone and iPad

With “Auto e Moto d’Epoca” you can experience the biggest motor showroom in Italy: the greatest car and motorcycle manufacturers and the greatest design meet in Padova starting from 22th October 2015, making this the most exciting and “noisy” showroom in Italy. With our app, you can have all the useful information (program, tickets, car parks, contacts, etc.) in a simple and fast way.
In addition, you can always be updated on all the news, you can upload all your contents, play a motor quiz and, why not, invite your friends to join you at the exhibition (by sending them a postcard).
In detail, with “Auto e Moto d’Epoca” it will be possible to:
• obtain information about the exhibition;
• see the photogallery;
• always be updated on the exhibition news;
• upload your photos;
• send postcards;
• try out your knowledge partecipating in a quiz;
• show tweets in real time.


Materials
Auto e Moto d’Epoca cannot be held responsible for content downloaded by the User, whatever its nature and including but not limited to the following: Auto e Moto d’Epoca is not responsible if the downloaded content is in breach of the law, obscene, libelous, blasphemous or violates the intellectual property rights, copyrights, data protection or publicity rights of third parties.
Auto e Moto d’Epoca is not responsible if content directly and/or indirectly depict third persons with respect to the User, including pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 196/03 relating to the need to obtain consent and authorisation for the use and distribution of Material.
Whilst not accepting any direct and/or indirect responsibility for the content of downloaded material, Auto e Moto d’Epoca reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to conduct an editorial, qualitative and content-related assessment of the material transmitted, and the failure to publish and/or use the Material transmitted does not grant the User any right and/or claim.
Responsibility for downloading Material and subsequent publication of the Material, even when the Material has been accepted and/or selected and/or approved for publication by Auto e Moto d’Epoca, lies solely with the User, who, by accepting these terms and conditions, assumes all direct and/or indirect civil and criminal liability.

Use of downloaded Material

The User grants Auto e Moto d’Epoca the right to reproduce, distribute, store and publish the downloaded material using any currently available and known technology and/or means.
Without prejudice to the above, the User definitively grants and conveys to Auto e Moto d’Epoca , without distinction and free of charge, all economic and commercial rights relating to the Material transmitted in Italy, with the fullest protection provided for.

Privacy policy
The User’s personal information (e.g. name, surname, telephone number, browsing information) will be used by Auto e Moto d’Epoca (the Data Owner), and any external entities (managers or contractors), in accordance with privacy and security regulations, only in order to carry out all the activities necessary in order to provide the best possible service and, if required, to satisfy legal obligations without the need for specific consent.
